Noragami is the first manga to feature on this list. It is one of the most popular manga out there and is still ongoing with over 24 volumes. Fans just adore it. Its anime was adapted by the infamous Studio Bones, and they did an amazing job not gonna lie.

The plot of this gem revolves around Yato, a minor deity. Yato calls himself the “God of Delivery” and spends his day doing odd jobs for people. He has no shrine to his name and no known followers

Actually, he is the God of Calamity. He brings bad luck to wherever he goes. Now, this is where things get interesting. Yato was saved by a high school girl named Hiyori Iki. Both of them were safe. However, Hiyori notices that her soul is not stable, and she can somehow leave her body.

This manga needs no introduction. Demon Slayer is one of the most popular anime and manga out there. Being adapted by the infamous Ufotable, Demon Slayer has made its mark as one of the top anime in such a short time. Even though the manga is finished, it is still a top seller in Japan and all around the world.

This manga follows the story of Tanjirou Kamado, whose family was brutally murdered by demons. What’s more? His sister was also turned into a demon. The story follows as Tanjirou ventures to look for a way to turn his sister back into a human. However, it won’t be that easy with demons roaming around everywhere.

In order for him to keep himself and his sister safe, he has to become a demon slayer and slay demons. During his journey, he meets some spectacular comrades as well. Will he be able to help his sister

The main theme of this manga is friendship. The art style of this manga is not that great. However, the story makes up for it. It has a MAL rating of 8.27. For some people, it is too generic. I guess it depends!!

Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the recent manga on this list. Its manga is still ongoing and is one of the top sellers all around the world. It is one of the very few manga with little to no plot holes, which I believe is pretty amazing

Yuji Itadori is the protagonist of this gem. Yuji has always been above average in sports and athletics. Everything was going smoothly until a Curse Spirit showed up at his school. To save his friends, he had to swallow a cursed object known as Sukuna’s finger

With this, he became the vessel for the King of Curses, Ryumen Sukuna. His life turned upside down after this as he had to enroll at the Jujutsu High School to learn Jujutsu. However, things are just getting started.

Pandora Hearts is the next manga to feature on this list. It is quite underrated in my opinion. Not many people know about it. The main reason is its below-par anime adaptation. People were expecting a lot from it, but it failed to deliver.

The main premise of this manga revolves around Oz. Oz got entrapped inside a mysterious realm known as the Mystical Abyss for a sin he didn’t even commit. The interesting thing here is that he didn’t even know what he did.

In order to escape from the Abyss, he formulated a contract with Alice, a chain. Ohh! I forgot to tell you about Chains. Chains are mysterious creatures that live inside the abyss. With Alice’s help, Oz attempts to unravel the mystery behind his sin.

This manga is just awesome. It is full of mysteries. You can’t guess what’ll happen next. You guess something, and most of the time you are 100 percent wrong. It has over 20 volumes with 107 chapters. It is a must-read in my opinion.

In the outskirts of London lives a family known as the Phantomhives. They are recognized as the Queen’s watchdogs and London’s criminal head. However, many people started to downgrade them after the Earl’s death. But, they were surprised when their son, Ciel, decided to take his father’s place.

Many people underestimated him. But, he and his demonic butler Sebastian proved all of the wrong. Explaining the plot any further will ruin the experience for y’all.

If I had to define this manga using just one word, I’d say “Chaos”. In my opinion, there is no better definition for it.

Chainsaw man is one of the recent manga on this list and its popularity has just skyrocketed these past two years. With Mappa adapting it, it’ll become one of the most influential anime franchises out there.

Denji is the protagonist of this manga. He was living his life peacefully while killing alongside his devil pet Pochita. However, the Yakuza he was working with betrayed him and he was murdered. Now, this is where the fun begins. Pochita somehow merged with Denji’s body and he became the CHAINSAW MAN

This event caught the eye of the Public Safety Bureau responsible for exterminating devils. This marked the beginning of Denji’s crazy adventure as a Devil Hunter.

Naruto is one of the most beloved manga/anime of all time. It might not have the highest rating on MAL, it is still considered one of the best anime of all time. The negative reviews are from the people who just can’t accept it, lol

Naruto Uzumaki is one of the most popular and beloved anime characters. He has just one goal in life, and that is to become the Hokage. With no special abilities, he was underestimated his entire life. He was even despised by the villagers. Why? Well! I won’t give anything away. I’m sure most of you already know what I’m talking about lol!

He is only good at one thing: “Not Giving Up.” Despite everything, he never gave up hope. He aspired to be the greatest Hokage ever, with Sasuke as his rival. Naruto’s plot may have plot holes, and some may even call it trash. However, in my opinion, it is one of the best manga.

Excluding Fullmetal Alchemist from this list would be pure blasphemy. I mean, it’s just impossible. With a MAL rating of 9.04, it is one of the highest-rated manga out there.

The plot of this manga revolves around Alchemy (You can see it from the title too lol!) Alchemists are able to modify and manipulate matter to theirs. It requires years of knowledge and studying to use alchemy properly. There are some restrictions as well. Alchemists cannot use forbidden arts including human transmutation

However, our protagonists, Edward and Alphonse, decided to revive their dead mother using alchemy. They failed miserably and not only that, Edward lost his arm and legs while Alphonse lost his whole body.

After some years of intense training, they set out on a journey to find the philosopher’s stone. During this journey, they uncover some dark mysteries of the world they live in. This manga is truly a gem, there is no denying this fact. I won’t even call you a weeb unless you have read this manga or at least watched the anime.

Attack on Titan is perhaps the most popular anime/manga out there. Even non-anime people/ normies know about it.

Titans!!! The word people living in the world of AOT fear the most. Titans are giant, mindless, humanoid creatures who eat humans. To tackle them, humanity had built humongous walls. With these

walls protecting them, humans were living in peace.

One day, this peace was shattered as a 60-meter tall titan appeared out of nowhere and destroyed the gate. This marked the beginning of a massacre. The whole district of Shiganshina was destroyed. Our MCs, Eren, Mikasa, and Armin had to escape, leaving their dreams and families behind.

After this horrific event, Eren vowed to himself that he’ll kill every titan in existence. Now,  I won’t spoil everything.

Attack on Titan is one of those mangas about which you cannot predict what’ll happen next. There are multiple plot twists and you’ll be on the edge of your seats most of the time.

Don’t let yourself get attached to a particular character!!!!

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is perhaps the most bizarre manga you’ll ever read. With over 8 parts, 8 different protagonists, and 8 unique antagonists, it sure is a masterpiece

The Jojo family is central to the plot of this manga. The Jojo’s are essentially cursed. There is trouble wherever they go. The Jojos have always been at the center of controversy whether it be Jonathan Joestar or Jolyne Cujoh.

Now, I can’t start explaining all of the parts. My best advice is to give it a read yourself. The first part might seem a bit boring. After that, it is a smooth ride. Jojo’s Part 7: Steel Ball Run is the 2nd highest manga on MAL with a rating of 9.28.  Its art style is unique in its own way. In short, it is a GOATED series.
