Ingredients
- 1. Curd 200 ml
- 2. Bell-peppers
- 3. Carrot
- 4. Iceberg Lettuce
- 5. Seasonings
How to make hung curd sandwich
Method:
- Keep a big bowl of curd in cheese muslin overnight.
- Cut red, yellow and green bell peppers finely with carrots and iceberg lettuce.
- Add hung curd to it and mix with black pepper, oregano and salt according to your taste.
- Spread the mix on both sides of brown bread and stick together to make a sandwich.
- Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes so that the bread would sock the mix.
