- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped capsicum
- Cumin powder
RECIPE FOR TOFU & CAPSICUM SANDWICH
- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take grated tofu.
- Add onion, capsicum and coriander.
- Additionally add chilli powder, cumin powder , pepper and salt if you want.
- Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
- Now spread green chutney over a bread slice.
- Spread the prepared tofu stuffing.
- Then, cover again with bread slice spread with green chutney.
- Now grill golden brown or toast on tawa.
